10 years ago, the journalist Walter Garcia decided to change everyday life in São Paulo for a life on the sea. Together with his family, he navigated a circuit passed islands, coves, bays and other untouched paradises along the Brazilian coast. His sailboat Sinbad Sailor, a Cal 39, was transformed into a type of news agency. It was there that the published texts were sent from to more than 20 national communication vehicles, among them being “Jornal da Tarde”, “Istoé” magazine and specialised sites. Currently, Walter lives in Salvador, and continues producing rich material regarding seamanship.
