BY AIR The International Airport Eduardo Gomes receives domestic and international flights.
BY ROAD The main access highways are: BR-174, from Boa Vista to Manaus; BR-153, BR-226 and BR-010, from Brasilia to Belém and take a boat to Manaus. Visitors are strongly advised to consult the bodies in charge of federal highways to know the trafficking conditions on BR-319 (Manaus-Porto Velho) and BR-174 which connects to Venezuela and the Caribbean.
BY WATER Ground access is from South, Southeast, Center-West and Northeast regions to Belém, capital of the state of Pará. From there, the trip continues for 96h in a ship or ferry to Manaus, through the Pará and Amazonas Rivers.

Accommodation Most of the hotels in Manaus are downtown. In Ponta Negra, on a river seafront, there is a great resort with leisure options and structure to host conventions. To those wanting to experience adventure in the Amazon forest there are the Jungle Hotels, in the vicinities of Manaus, which are accessed by boats that cross the Negro River.
