GREAT UNDERTAKINGS WILL EXTEND GOLF TOURISM IN THE COUNTRY

Very soon Brazil will be receiving two new tourism undertakings of the highest standards; golf courses. The project is in the phase of obtaining environmental licenses and/or resource funding.
The international Real Estate group INVI should start the constructions of a tourism complex until the end of the year at the Barra dos Coqueiros, an island near the city of Aracaju, in the state of Sergipe. The foreseen proposal involves an area of 95 hectares, luxurious residences, apartments and a resort with a 18-hole golf course, all under international standards. The project is estimated to be concluded in 4 years. The undertaking will neighbor the new resort called Starfish, in the chain of Superclubs.
"This is the first undertaking of this category of real estate tourism in the State of Sergipe. This is an important landmark because from then on we will be having opening for the coming of other investments of this sort ", said the state secretary of Economic Development, Science and Technology, Jorge Santana.
In its turn, the state of Ceara that has received huge investments in this area, is expecting to start the construction of the Playa Mansa. The complex will have four hotels, houses and a golf course in the city of Fortim, 120 km from the capital Fortaleza. In charge of the undertaking is the Spanish group SAR Confide, the first venture built outside the Iberian country. The constructions will be started very soon, and is expected to be concluded in seven years.
