BRAZILIAN TOURISM INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS TO ATTEND IGTM 2008
The most important event in the golf travel industry calendar, the International Golf Travel Market, is now in its 11th year. And once again, it will again be held in Marbella (Spain) – the site of the 2006 event – from November 17th to 20th.
Gambling on the expansion already seen in the sector in Brazil, Embratur (the Brazilian Tourism Board), which has taken part in the event since 2004, will be present once again, together with a group of companies specializing in golf and resorts, including state agencies, conventions & visitors bureaux and airline companies.
To broaden the visibility and provide visitors with further information on the options for golf enthusiasts in Brazil, Embratur will be giving a presentation on golf destinations, on the evening of November 19th (4:35 pm).
In its 2007 edition, the IGTM was visited by more than 300 specialized buyers, 800 exhibitors and over 1300 visitors, including press agents. For more information, visit the website www.igtm.co.uk.
