The Dona Sarah Kubitschek City Park was officially founded in 1978 and is one of the world’s largest urban parks and the largest in Latin America.

Its green area of 420 hectares has a huge outdoor leisure infrastructure and offers entertainment for all audiences and ages. On weekends, about 80,000 people come by to enjoy the day with family and friends.

The Park has public toilets distributed throughout its area, in addition to walking and running trails, bicycle paths, artificial ponds, playground, barbecue facilities, horse riding center, restaurants, multi-sports court, food and beverage kiosks, among other structures and spaces. One of the playgrounds is the Ana Lydia, whose toys delight the kids – especially the colorful rocket.

The Park is also home to the largest exhibition area in Brasil. With 51000 sq. meters and 4500 car parking spaces, the Exhibition Hall hosts cultural events, concerts and fairs.
