The Cachadaço Beach, in Trinity district of Paraty, is quite extensive and has only two campsites. The lack of restaurants, bars and other establishments makes it much more preserved and quiet. Want to get away from the crowd and enjoy nature in Paraty? This is right up your alley.
The sea waters are quite clean and crystal clear, but at some points there are holes and a strong undertow, which requires precaution, especially for families with children. The sands are white and thin, and the native vegetation is also preserved. The result is a perfect setting: white sand, blue sea and the green of the trees.
At the end of the beach, you find the natural pools of Cachadaço. It’s safer to bathe there. They are protected by rocks and make it possible to see several species of colorful fish.
Free admission.
