Alto Paraíso de Goiás: about 240 km from Brasilia, is the most structured city in the region of the Parque da Chapada dos Veadeiros, considered by many the magnetic heart of Brazil due to the presence of many rocks and crystals. Access to the Park and nearby waterfalls is done by diverse trails varying from 300 m to 10 km. Despite the effort, the beauty of the Savanna and the magic of the place make the hiking unforgettable.

Angra dos Reis: 155 km from Rio de Janeiro, in the region of Costa Verde, 365 islands and more than 50 beaches form one of the most famous bays in Brazil. Its name is due to its discovery, on January 6th, 1502, the celebration of the Day of Kings. The archipelago also offers attractions for trekking, camping and many trails for those who enjoy discovering the diversity of its beaches.

Cachoeira do Abade: the imposing 22 m fall is 17 km from the city of Pirenópolis, in the state of Goiás. It is one of the highest in the region and is very popular with hiking practitioner. On arrival, you can choose between two trails: the first (Trilha da Cachoeira), with 400 m, totally pavemented, leads to Abade and a fall known as the Cânion. The other, the Trilha do Vale, a 2.4-km trail, leads to an incredible observation deck and four different waterfalls. A 50 m suspension bridge promises strong emotions and is a must-have stop for photos.

Bonito: considered one of the best ecotourism destinations in Brazil, the city of Bonito is in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul and has exceptional landscapes for those who venture on foot. Among the main attractions of the region are walks with baths in waterfalls, boat trips and observation of the aquatic fauna in rivers of crystalline waters.

Itacaré: according to historians, the city of Itacaré, in Bahia, was inhabited since the mid-sixteenth century by indigenous tribes of “Tupi” origin. Today, the region is one of the most sought after tourist destinations in the “Costa do Cacau” region, in the south of the state. Protected by a belt of Atlantic forest, the city houses paradisiacal beaches, with white sands and surrounded by coconut trees. Rivers, waterfalls, virgin forests, trails, “restingas” and mangrove forests complete the stunning natural scenery.

The Moeda Mountain: an opportunity to contemplate incredible hills, do trails and practice free flight. The Moeda Mountain is one of the mountain ranges that form The Espinhaço Mountain, in the state of Minas Gerais. With distance of only 25 km from Belo Horizonte, the Mountain has one of the most spectacular views of the mountains of the state of Minas Gerais. The place is ideal for hiking, waterfalls, ore caves, historic ruins or relaxing in one of the hotels, restaurants and charming inns spread throughout the Mountain.

The Sino Rock: is the highest point of the Organs Mountain National Park, located in the mountain region of Rio de Janeiro. Monte Roraima: is one of the oldest mountains on the planet, about 2 billion years old. It is on the boundary of Brazil with Venezuela and Guyana.
