Undiscovered until the end of 1970s, Pipa Village in Tibau do Sul became a national and international tourist attraction when surfers found perfect waves there. Since then, the quiet and rough fishermen village have seen cosy lodges and trendy restaurants being built and many different speaking visitors come.

Pipa Beach in the center of the city is surrounded by the stunning beauty of the village, the warm sea water, sand dunes, cliffs and immense coconut trees. There is yet a chance you see dolphins swimming near the shore. You must try the seafood dishes served in one of the many restaurants and stalls in the beach.

When the tide is low people, especially kids, enjoy the natural pools. Most of the boat, buggy, horse or kayak tours leave from this beach. Have fun and enjoy it.
